Right of withdrawal / Returns

Customers may return unused, saleable products within 14 days of receiving the order. The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in saleable condition.

The customer pays return shipping unless the product is incorrect or defective. Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving the return.

If the returned product is a booster pack, the package must be unopened and otherwise in saleable condition. The customer is responsible for ensuring the returned product arrives intact. Refunds are not issued for opened products, for example Pokémon booster packs.
